Jessica & Thomas

Who says you cannot have a beautiful wedding in the heat of summer in Florida? Jessica and Thomas surely did not! They threw a Pinterest-worthy wedding at Clark Plantation this May filled with vibrant guests, good food, and lots of personality.

At a ceremony space with so much natural beauty, subtle decorations are truly the way to go. Jessica and Thomas chose to utilize floral accents and a Bible verse close to their heart painted on wood to make every step down the aisle a memorable one.

To mark their reserved row for family, a small chalkboard sign was added to the aisle decor. Not only did this add to the subtle elegance of the ceremony space, but it also tied in the space to the rest of the venue's decor.

We at Masterpiece Weddings work behind the scenes to ensure your special day is magical, and that does not stop with set-up and planning! Here is a sneak photo of Rachel with the ring bearer as she fixes on his boutineer before the ceremony.

We simply got a kick out of Thomas and Jessica's lively groomsmen and bridesmaids! Their excitement was contagious and did not allow a dull moment once the ceremony concluded. The alternating colors on the bridesmaids' dresses also added a hint of flare to the occasion. If you have multiple colors in your wedding decor and wish to incorporate them in a way that stands out, consider adding them into the bridal party like they did!

Prange's Florist provided beautiful floral accents throughout the ceremony. Between catering, tables, and the ceremony, not an inch of the space was left untouched. The bouquets were especially gorgeous, with vibrant colors mixed between frosted mint and leafy greenery. They served as an extra pop of color to really catch everyone's eye on the big day.

Sweetheart tables are all the rage these days, and the Miesch couple happily took part in the trend! Decorated with lanterns, greenery, and plenty of candles, this table ensured all eyes were on them heading into the reception.

Jessica and Thomas let their pastel pink and gold accents shine at their guest tables. Each table featured greenery wrapped around lanterns, glass votives, candles, and key favors attached to a message reading, "Thanks for being a Key part of our lives." Their attention to detail was a key part in their successful decor!

Our friends at Sugar Refined never disappoint, and they surely did not with this beautiful four-tier cake! Floral accents led up to a black cake topper boasting their initials and wedding date. Inside was yummy goodness that wedding guests absolutely devoured as the reception led into the night.

If you are a bride or groom with a sweet tooth, consider having a s'mores bar at your reception! Guests loved all of the gooey options Jessica and Thomas offered. The chalk signs ensured the bar stayed organized and showed guests all of the different flavors they could choose from. This is an especially good station to have if your wedding takes place outside in the cooler months, as well as if you are expecting multiple younger guests.

It was a fun day filled with love, joy, and lots of sparklers. We had an amazing time helping out, and we wish our fantastic bride and groom all the best on their new lives together!
